The www addresses that connect you directly to the company that makes the product are less likely to send your information to spammers than companies with www address like "lynxtrak.com", "publishers.clickbooth.com", "partners.pantheranetwork.com", "bulletads.com", "cpaqlty.com", "secure.startsampling.com", etc. But if you see an offer for Free Sunflower Seeds, and the link for the offer is to "www.GreatSunflower.org", that's the type of offer that is probably a safer bet (and won't risk having your inbox suddenly crushed by spam). Some offers are good. You just need to be careful about which ones to sign up for.
